1. Bobby is about to play the most important basketball game in the season but gets side tracked when Courtney comes by his house. Bobby and Courtney share their first kiss, but then Uncle Press catches them in the act and asks Courtney to leave. Uncle Press takes Bobby away from Stony Brook so that Bobby could help him with a mission.


2. As they head down the subway station in the Bronx, Uncle Press explains to Bobby that he's a Traveler and so is Bobby. Then, as they are about to enter the door that would bring them to the flume that would send them to Denduron, a cop came down to escort them out of the abandon subway station. It was revealed that the cop was, in fact, Saint Dane. Uncle Press then gets in a fight with Saint Dane as Bobby runs for his life from quigs. He escapes by going through the flumes.


3. Uncle Press gets caught by the Bedoowan tribe while Bobby is left behind for the Milago people to find.


4. Bobby meets Osa and Loor and they explain to him what was going on on Denduron. Bobby learns that the Milago have been treated badly like slaves and that they needed to be saved. Bobby witnesses a glaze transaction. Glaze is a precious jewel the Milago miners mine. They didn't have enough glaze to fulfill the demand that Saint Dane wanted so a Milago villager was thrown down a pit and died.


5. Osa gets killed in the process of saving Bobby. Loor builds a hatred for Bobby for getting her mother killed.


6. Bobby, Loor, and a Bedoowan knight named Alder go off to save Uncle Press from being executed. Bobby sends a message to Mark and Courtney to put together a bag full of supplies that he thought would be good to have in order to save Uncle Press. Then Bobby flumes back to Second Earth to grab the supplies.


7. Bobby, Loor, and Alder save Uncle Press but they had to escape by going through the quig pen.


8. The four Travelers head back to the Milago village, but on the way they discover Milago villagers slinging stones that explode when they make impact called tak. It is revealed by Rellin that Bobby brought something from Second Earth that would help the Milago defeat the Bedoowan. A battery from a flashlight was taken from Bobby's backpack and the Milago planned to use it to make a bomb with the tak.


9. The Milago bring the tak bomb to the Bedoowans' stadium to blow up and injure the Bedoowans. Bobby and the other Travelers stop them from blowing up the stadium because they learned that using the tak would bring Denduron to chaos since the Milago would continue to strive for more power. By doing that, Denduron would fall under control of tak.


10. Bobby and Loor run after Figgis, suspecting that he has another bomb that he plans to blow up. But when they find him, they don't find him alive. Instead, they find the skeleton of Figgis. Saint Dane reveals himself as Figgis and explains that when Figgis was alive, he found the tak and had set traps around the mine so that no one would steal the tak. Figgis ended up caught in one of his own traps and died. This whole time, Saint Dane pretended to be Figgis so that he could trick the Milago into using the tak to destroy the Bedoowans.


11. Loor and Bobby blow up the mine with a small amount of tak. Saint Dane escapes through the flumes while Loor and Bobby escape through the end of the mines and fall into the ocean.


12. The Bedoowan and the Milago start the war, but then when the mine blew up, the ground shook intensely. Because of that, many people were injured. The Milago and the Bedoowan decide to forget about the fighting and create a peace treaty among each other.


13. Bobby returns to Second Earth but finds out that his whole family is gone and so is his house. He learns that they were never his real family and that Uncle Press wasn't really his uncle. He goes with Press and Loor back to the subway station in Press' Porsche for another trip through the flumes to head for... somewhere.
